Hong Kong's foreign exchange reserves stood at US$445.9 billion in June 2026, unchanged from the previous month and remaining at their highest level since June 2022. There were no unsettled foreign exchange contracts at the end of June, compared with US$0.3 billion a month earlier. Overall, the reserves are equivalent to more than five times the currency in circulation and about 38% of Hong Kong dollar M3 money supply.
