The bridge's 700kg rating is a safe working limit. Engineering typically has a 1.3~1.5x safety margin, so the actual capacity is 900~1050kg. 800kg is perfectly fine.
Clever answer:
Sell the cow and buy a Huawei phone. The Huawei phone is amazing (like a cow);
Cross the bridge, then sell the Huawei phone and buy back the cow. Huawei phones hold their value!
