In May, the number of foreigners visiting South Korea by cruise ship exceeded 200k for the first time, with Chinese accounting for nearly half.

Data from a platform under the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) shows that in May, the number of foreign visitors to South Korea via cruise ships reached 206.5k, a month-on-month increase of 13.4% and a year-on-year increase of 12.2%, setting a new record.
