Even the whale with an average cost of 2338 couldn't hold on and cut losses! $ETH At this level, Mige feels a bit uneasy.

Brothers, I just saw some on-chain data, and it feels a bit unpleasant. A whale that started accumulating ETH last November, with an average entry price of $2338, held for most of the year, and finally couldn't hold on today — cut losses of 7347 ETH, losing over $4 million.

First, look at the technical side. On the daily chart, MA7 just crossed below MA25, forming a death cross, indicating short-term trend weakening. The price is suppressed by MA7 and MA25, with only MA99 barely holding below.

On the 1-hour chart, it rebounded from 1728 to 1773, with some momentum but insufficient volume. The MACD golden cross hasn't fully formed yet, making this rebound look unreliable. Above, the trapped positions at 1820-1830 are still weighing down; to go up, volume must increase, otherwise it's a waste of effort.

Now talk about this whale. It opened a position at an average cost of $2338, held for most of the year, went from floating profit to floating loss, and finally cut losses and exited.

To be honest, when funds of this level admit defeat and exit, it shows the market is indeed tough right now. But thinking the other way — when the last bull starts cutting losses, isn't the bottom not far away?

Mige suggests — test with light positions, don't bet heavily.

For longs, wait for a pullback to the 1710-1730 range and stabilize before considering, target 1800-1820; for shorts, on a rebound to the 1800-1810 range, lightly test short.

Brothers, a whale cutting losses is not the bottom, but it shows the bottom is not far. At this level, both bulls and bears are enduring. Whoever endures to the end wins. Mige chooses to test with light positions, not lingering or being greedy, wait for the real direction to appear before increasing positions.
