Shenchao TechFlow News, July 7, according to Bitcoin Magazine, Tether plans to natively issue USDT on the Bitcoin network via the RGB protocol, with UTEXO leading commercial deployment. The solution combines Bitcoin's UTXO model with the Lightning Network, enabling USDT to be sent and received on Bitcoin addresses with private and instant settlement, aiming to enhance privacy, reduce transfer and exchange costs, and decrease reliance on intermediary service providers. The report indicates that the product is expected to go live within the next few weeks, possibly launching in July.
