Mars Finance News, July 7 - Zhipu announced in Hong Kong that the Company has noted media reports mentioning that the Company has withdrawn the guidance filing for its proposed initial public offering of A-shares. The Company hereby informs shareholders and potential investors that such reports are false, the events described do not reflect the actual situation, and there is suspicion of malicious hype. According to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the guidance work related to the proposed A-share issuance has been completed.
