CoinWorld news: Wu Says has learned that ctrl wallet announced it will permanently shut down. Starting from July 7, ctrl wallet has been removed from the App Store, Google Play, and browser extension stores. Installed users can still use it normally until August 2, including making transfers, receiving funds, exchanging, connecting to dapp, and exporting mnemonic phrases. Starting from August 3, ctrl wallet will enter a state where only mnemonic phrase export is available, and all send, receive, exchange, and dapp interaction functions will be disabled. The official reminds users holding funds, tokens, or NFTs to export their 12- or 24-word mnemonic phrases as soon as possible and import them into another wallet, or transfer their assets to another wallet or exchange before the deadline.
