$MU I’m doing an open review of this trade. The short position was taken from 1158.67 and now the price has hit 929.32, with a profit of +955.24%.

This isn’t justifying after the fact. Before entering, I saw it simply: the price repeatedly failed to break higher, while pullbacks became increasingly sharp. Many were still watching for an upside breakout, but I felt that risk was starting to shift toward the longs. The key is that after support weakens, when shorts exert force, it’s easy to accelerate.

Now the result is out, volatility has expanded, and the profit from the position has been realized. This is the most testing moment. After profits, the biggest fear is greed. Even though the rhythm has been given, wanting to capture all the swings ultimately hands control back to the market.

My approach will be roughly 80/20: first take profit on the bulk in batches, then keep a small position with a protective stop to observe further. If it extends, follow; if not, don’t force it.

For those who didn’t get in, don’t chase the current price. Don’t chase missed trades; wait for a more comfortable entry next time.
