Zhipu: Media reports about withdrawing A-share tutoring filing are untrue.
BlockBeats message, July 7, Zhipu announced in Hong Kong, “The Company has noted media reports in which it is mentioned that the Company has withdrawn its tutorial/mentoring filing relating to the proposed initial public offering of A shares. The Company hereby informs its shareholders and potential investors that the statements in those reports are inaccurate; the events described do not reflect the actual situation; and there are suspicions of malicious hype.”
According to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the tutorial/mentoring work related to the issuance of A shares has been completed.
