Mars Finance News, according to New York state court documents, William Wood and Thomas Bush have filed a lawsuit against Polymarket-related entities and CEO Shayne Coplan, among others, alleging erroneous settlement in the market for "whether Strategy will sell Bitcoin before May 31, 2026." The complaint states that Strategy's 8-K filing with the SEC disclosed the sale of 32 BTC during the relevant period, which should have been sufficient to settle the market as "Yes," but Polymarket ultimately ruled it as "No" and is accused of issuing a post-hoc "clarification" to change the judgment criteria.
