Wu Says learned that Grayscale Head of Research Zach Pandl stated in a post that Strategy's recent adjustment of its financing framework and sale of approximately $216 million in BTC may help restore market confidence in its capital structure, reduce tail risks in its financing structure, and assist Bitcoin in forming a more solid bottom. Strategy holds approximately $52 billion in BTC, with debt of about $7 billion and annual preferred stock dividend obligations under $2 billion. The real market concern was that its dollar reserves once fell to around $870 million, covering only about 6 months of dividends. Strategy has now clarified that it will maintain at least 12 months of dividend reserves by issuing shares or selling BTC. Currently, its dollar reserves have risen to $2.55 billion, equivalent to approximately 17 months of dividend coverage.
