Vietnam is proposing a major infrastructure project, the Phú Yên - Đăk Lăk expressway, to connect the country's western highlands with its coastal regions. The 124 km road, with an estimated cost of over 35 trillion Vietnamese dong, is part of the government's effort to boost economic growth and connectivity.
