AI data centers listing in the US heats up: Csquare seeks up to $1.35 billion in funding

Gold Finance reported that, according to Bloomberg, U.S. SEC disclosure documents show that data center operator Csquare plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker "CSQR", proposing to issue 50 million shares with an offering price range of $23 to $27 per share, with a maximum fundraising scale of up to $1.35 billion. Based on the upper end of the offering price, the company's valuation is approximately $4.18 billion. This IPO comes amid the global AI computing power and data center expansion cycle, with market demand for infrastructure assets continuing to heat up.
