Jinse Finance reports, July 6—Poland’s defense minister, Kamysz, said that the United States will resume the rotation of troops in Poland, overturning the earlier decision that had led to strained relations between the two countries. He said the Pentagon will deploy U.S. troops to Poland in the coming weeks, based on information he learned from the messages conveyed by American diplomats in Warsaw. Kamysz said, “The previously suspended rotation has now resumed. This is a very positive signal.” The news has not yet been confirmed by the U.S. side, and it comes on the day before U.S. President Trump is scheduled to arrive in Turkey to attend the NATO annual leaders’ summit. It remains unclear how many soldiers the upcoming rotation will send and how long they will be stationed. (Jin Shi)
