First, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) endorsed the CLARITY Act, becoming the first major law enforcement organization to support it.
Now, the Major County Sheriffs of America have shifted their stance from "opposed" to "neutral" on the Crypto Market Structure Bill.

BNB continues to trade within a constructive range as the broader cryptocurrency market begins the week with improving sentiment. Buyers have successfully defended recent support levels, but the next challenge is overcoming nearby resistance. A successful move above that level would strengthen the bullish outlook and could attract additional buying interest.
For today's setup, I'm waiting for confirmation before opening any position. If BNB breaks above resistance with healthy trading volume and holds that level, I'll consider a long trade targeting the next supply zone. If the breakout lacks volume or quickly fails, I'll avoid chasing the move and wait for a stronger opportunity. Good trades come from confirmation, not prediction.
The market has become more optimistic compared to previous sessions, but risk management remains essential. Every trade should include a predefined stop loss and a clear exit strategy before the position is opened. Consistency is built by protecting capital during uncertain conditions and taking advantage of high-quality setups when they appear. Following the trend with patience is usually more rewarding than reacting emotionally to short-term price movements.
