Pre-Market News Flash: SK Hynix's U.S. IPO Oversubscribed; Semiconductor Equipment and Memory Stocks Surge in Pre-Market Trading

SK Hynix's US ADR listing has been oversubscribed, with subscription closing at 4:00 PM New York time on July 8. It plans to issue 17.9 million common shares, and accordingly issue 7.9 million American Depositary Shares (ADS). The US IPO is expected to raise net proceeds of approximately $28 billion;
A research firm stated that NVIDIA's next-generation flagship product—the Kyber rack-scale architecture equipped with the 2027 Rubin Ultra chip—has had its mass production timeline delayed to 2028;
Broadcom has reached an agreement with Apple to extend their chip partnership until 2031;
Micron Technology has launched an expansion project for its Hiroshima plant to increase 1γ DRAM and HBM production capacity;
Tesla's new car sales in the UK in June increased by 42.02% year-over-year, reaching 12,403 units;
