Morgan Stanley warns: As investors rotate out of large tech stocks, the U.S. market may struggle to make new highs


Morgan Stanley strategists believe that as investors move away from this year’s best-performing technology stocks into other sectors, the U.S. stock market may find it difficult to reach new all-time highs.
This kind of capital rotation could weaken the market leadership of AI- and technology-driven large-cap heavyweight stocks, which had previously driven most of the gains in the U.S. market.
