Yuexiu Property (00123) announced that for the first six months of this year, the cumulative contracted sales amount was approximately RMB 50.51B, down approximately 17.9% year-on-year; the cumulative contracted sales area was approximately 1.7M square meters, up approximately 16.2% year-on-year.

For June alone, the contracted sales amount was approximately RMB 1.7M, up approximately 24.9% year-on-year; the contracted sales area was approximately 489.2k square meters, up approximately 67% year-on-year.
