Over the weekend, I accompanied the boss of Australia’s largest top luxury real estate agency as he toured Shenzhen. This was his first time in Shenzhen; before that, he’d only learned about it from YouTube. When he arrived in person, it far exceeded his expectations. The most common words he heard along the way were “Amazing,” “Unbelievable,” “Incredible,” and “Best.” In the end, he asked me where the best homes in Shenzhen are. I told him that Shenzhen Bay No. 1 is pretty good.
