On July 6, according to the latest memory industry survey by TrendForce, the demand for AI and data centers in Q1 2026 continues to exacerbate the global supply-demand imbalance in memory products. The bargaining power of manufacturers is increasing. As a result, TrendForce has comprehensively revised the quarterly growth rates for DRAM and NAND Flash product prices in Q1. The overall contract price for Conventional DRAM is now expected to rise by 90-95%, up from the previously announced 55-60% increase at the beginning of January. The contract price for NAND Flash has been adjusted from a 33-38% increase to 55-60%, and further upward adjustments are not ruled out.
