Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 06, according to Digital Asset, the Supreme Court of South Korea released the legislative notice for the “Draft Civil Execution Rules (Partial Amendment)” on July 2, and plans to implement it on October 1 after completing the public opinion collection.

The draft system clarifies the procedures for the attachment, execution, and realization of virtual asset transfer claim rights and the virtual assets themselves, including initiating execution in accordance with a court attachment order, restricting the debtor from disposing of the related assets, and allowing virtual assets with insufficient liquidity to be first exchanged into other digital assets before being sold for realization and converted into value.
