Abstract generation in progress
According to Dongcha Beating monitoring, Shengshu Technology recently completed a new round of $500 million in financing, setting a record for the largest single round of financing in the domestic general world model field. The funds will be used for model research and technological innovation. Founded in March 2023, Shengshu Technology has laid out its foundation models in three major areas: multimodal generation, real-time interaction, and action in the physical world.

In terms of multimodal generation and real-time interaction, the video generation model Vidu Q series has been deeply integrated into professional content production systems such as manga dramas, short dramas, advertising, e-commerce, animation, and film. The recently released real-time interaction model Vidu S1 achieves voice-controlled real-time video generation, supporting real-time generation of unlimited duration, achieving real-time interaction at 540P and 25FPS, with a maximum frame rate of 42FPS, and supports custom character images and timbres, enabling efficient inference on consumer-grade graphics cards.

In terms of action in the physical world, Shengshu Technology open-sourced the world's first closed-loop unified world model "Motus" covering perception, prediction, and action in December 2025. In April 2026, it launched the robot control model Motubrain, achieving a new SOTA with an average success rate of 95.8% on the embodied intelligence benchmark RoboTwin 2.0, continuing to deepen the development of a general brain for embodied intelligent robots.
