The CLARITY Act Bill’s Progress Stalls: The Legislative Window Is Narrowing Fast
BlockBeats News, July 6 – The target of signing the CLARITY Act by July 4 has been missed, and the window for passage before the midterm elections is rapidly narrowing. Although much of the Senate's work can proceed behind the scenes during the summer recess, the House process is currently stalled.
