BlockBeats news, July 6. According to EmberCN monitoring, 9 days ago, Garrett Jin established a ZEC short position, and 1 hour ago he added to the position again. He currently holds ZEC short positions worth approximately $15.08 million, with an average opening price of $444, and a current unrealized loss of about $530,000.
This whale previously profited from two ZEC trades: in late May, he established ZEC short positions worth approximately $36 million near $626. Then, due to the ZEC vulnerability incident causing a sharp drop in price, he closed the position in early June and realized a profit of about $11.24 million. After that, he established ZEC long positions worth approximately $22 million near $439 and closed the position near $447, earning a profit of about $420,000.
In addition, as Bitcoin has rebounded by more than $5,000 over the past few days, the unrealized loss on his long-held BTC long position has narrowed from about $23 million to about $16 million.
