Daniel Morgan, Senior Portfolio Manager at Synovus Trust, said the market is currently in a frenzy for chip stocks, which is the right time to attract U.S. investors. Zhou Di, Portfolio Manager at Thornburg Investment Management, said this issuance is aimed at investors who cannot access the Korean stock market.
