I need someone to explain to me how I am supposed to simultaneously work from 9AM to 6PM 5x a week, walk 10,000 steps every day, go to the gym 5x a week, cook homemade meals, keep the house clean, spend quality time with family and friends, sleep 7-9 hours, read a book a week, learn languages, have hobbies, take care of my health, look hot every time i leave the house and somehow have a mental break down in the process?
