Too-Thoughts, Everything Matters
The “King of Talkers” is at it again, firing off tough talk. He said that Iran is “begging to reach an agreement,” but noted that both sides have decided to suspend the negotiations for one week, until the funeral of Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei is over. He added that during the suspension, the two sides will not attack each other. “They’re all there. One strike could wipe them all out, but we won’t do that, because then we wouldn’t have anyone left to negotiate with.” As of Friday so far, the coin prices have basically seen little pullback—moving sideways with a slight upward drift. Big BTC and ETH are competing to break through recent new highs, and the given long setup logic matches expectations. The overnight thoughts on the pullback are still being held!
Recently, bullish setups have been coming up frequently, but none have fully played out—however, the chance of that is also too low. Currently, the technicals clearly show signs of stagnation. On the 4-hour chart, after the three KDJ lines converge and stick together, they have formed a death cross, so don’t blindly chase the uptrend. For today’s trading, first look for a small pullback!
**July 5 Short Setup:**
For BTC, short 1 lot at the current price of 63000-63500. Place the defense above 64000. Targets are around 62000-61500-61000. If it breaks through, look at around 60500-60000. If it continues to break through, adjust the stop-loss and take profit according to how it moves!
For ETH, short 1 lot at the current price of 1780-1820. Place the defense around 1850. Targets are around 1700-1670. If it breaks through, look at around 1650-1630.
**July 5 Long Setup:**
For BTC, go long on a retracement from 59500-60000. For the more conservative, enter around 58500-59000. Place the defense around 58000. Targets are around 61000-61500-62000. If it breaks through, look at around 62500-63000. If it continues to break through, adjust the stop-loss and take profit according to how it moves!
For ETH, go long on a retracement from 1600-1630. For the more conservative, enter around 1530-1560. Place the defense around 1500. Targets are around 1650-1700-1720. If it breaks through, look at around 1750-1780. If it continues to break through, adjust the stop-loss and take profit according to how it moves!
The US-Iran negotiations have fallen into a stalemate. Since both sides won’t give an inch, it definitely won’t be that easy to reach an agreement. If Iran has to bear losses, the US not only won’t compensate it, but also prevents it from collecting fees from ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz to make up for those losses. Even though a ceasefire agreement has been signed, there are still frequent attacks—can negotiations like this really work out?#小非农
