Today I saw fans discussing liquidity liquidation.

Liquidity can’t determine direction.
But it can be used to find a take-profit position.
I completely agree, because:
No matter whether the price goes up or down, there will always be people going short or long.
Liquidity can’t be wiped out—once you’ve liquidated and it gets pumped, right at the place where the next liquidation happens,
another 100 million in liquidity appears. So do you have to keep going there to liquidate it forever?
Actually, liquidity clearing is just to let the vast majority of people stop loss—just get liquidated.
