Samsung to release Q2 earnings next week: Memory business surge may push operating profit to historic high of 85 trillion won

Jinse Finance reports that Samsung Electronics is expected to announce its second quarter 2026 financial results on July 7. Driven by the surge in memory chip prices fueled by AI infrastructure demand, the market generally estimates that its second quarter revenue will be approximately 169.3762 trillion Korean won, with operating profit reaching about 85 trillion Korean won, continuing its historical profit levels. Meanwhile, the market is also paying attention to Samsung's growth momentum in the second half of the year, including HBM4, high-performance SSDs, and the expansion of AI server-related memory demand, as well as progress in 2-nanometer advanced process and AI chip foundry cooperation, which are considered key growth variables.
