Mars Finance News: Min De Electronics (300656.SZ) has issued an announcement on its Investor Relations Activities Record Form. The company’s controlling wafer foundry, Guangxin Microelectronics, will begin increasing wafer processing prices starting June 2026, with the price increase ranging from 10% to 20%. Guangxin Microelectronics’ production capacity and orders are both in a fully utilized state. The planned production capacity of the first-phase production facility is 100,000 6-inch silicon-based wafer processing units per month. The company is strengthening its capital strength by introducing social capital, adding bank financing, and launching a RMB 1 billion private placement. Equipment is being gradually moved in for installation and testing, and the company will push the first-phase project to full production as soon as possible, and start construction of the second-phase project at an appropriate time.

The company’s investee, Jingrui Electronics, a wafer raw-material enterprise, issued a price increase letter in June 2026, with the price increase at approximately 15%, effective from July 1. This year, Jingrui Electronics has completed about RMB 200 million in equity financing and has started a new single-crystal rod project, which is expected to go into production by the end of this year or early next year. After production, it will become one of the relatively few domestic companies that have achieved a full silicon wafer industry-chain layout. Jingrui Electronics is one of the few domestic semiconductor material companies that has achieved mass production of SOI products. Its downstream mainly covers MEMS sensors, aerospace anti-radiation devices, and high-end power devices, among other fields.

The company’s controlling power semiconductor design company, Guangwei Integrated, has seen continuous growth in sales of its core product, the MOS field-effect diode (MFER). Sales have increased from about 1,000 units per month at the beginning of 2025 to currently more than 10,000 units per month, and are expected to continue growing. (Cailian Press)
