PANTUM Technology: Changes litigation claim of 4.95 billion yuan

Pantum Technology announced that it had previously filed a lawsuit against PAG Investment for alleged abuse of shareholder rights, with an original claim seeking compensation of $470 million. Recently, the company applied to the court to change its lawsuit claims, adjusting the claim amount to RMB 4.95 billion, along with litigation costs and rights protection expenses. The court has approved the application, and the case has not yet been scheduled for trial.
