I almost lost a cross-chain record just now. I accidentally deleted my browser history, and cold sweat broke out. If the audit really comes knocking at the end of the year, my transaction volume from second-tier arbitrage could bury me.

Now I've learned my lesson. I take screenshots and export CSVs for every transaction, even small swaps, and throw them into the cloud. Storage is cheap anyway, and peace of mind is priceless. There's been a lot of heated debate over coin mixing lately. Some people think privacy is the bottom line, while others are afraid of causing trouble. Me? I'll get my own books in order first. When the real investigation comes, saying "I don't know" won't cut it.

Simply put, compliance isn't about picking a side—it's about leaving yourself an exit. That's it for now. I'm going to back up my wallet.
