Mars Finance News, July 5 - According to WSJ, on Saturday local time in the United States, the U.S. held a celebration for the 250th anniversary of independence in Washington, the capital. Against the backdrop of record-breaking high temperatures and thunderstorm weather, President Trump delivered a speech emphasizing "American exceptionalism." Trump said on Saturday evening: "For 250 years, America has been the hope, promise, light, and glory among all nations in the world. There is no country anywhere that can compare to us." Earlier that day, as Washington experienced its hottest Independence Day on record, thousands of people who had been queuing for hours to attend the "Great American State Fair" and the evening "Salute to America" celebration were ordered by law enforcement to evacuate the National Mall in Washington. Hundreds of people took shelter in nearby museums and federal government buildings to escape the heat. Subsequently, the National Mall reopened, and people re-entered the security zone to attend the evening celebration. Trump took the stage shortly after 11 p.m., more than an hour later than scheduled. He said: "The strength and power of America is not something to be ashamed of, but something we should be deeply proud of."
