$TLM The Moving Averages & Trend Structure

The overall trend structure shifted beautifully when TLM broke out from its long accumulation base near 0.000811. Currently, the price is trading well above all major exponential moving averages: EMA(7) at 0.002589, EMA(25) at 0.001857, and EMA(99) at 0.001273. The wide gaps between these EMAs point to a highly extended, parabolic move. The key now is seeing where this correction decides to find its footing.

RSI and Consolidation Signs
Interestingly, despite the massive price surge, the 6-period RSI is sitting at 65.91. It peaked earlier during the initial push but is currently printing a slight bearish divergence or a cooling-off pattern on this 4-hour timeframe. It shows that the absolute peak intensity of the buying pressure is starting to ease up, and the market might be looking to establish a new consolidation range.

Entering right after a heavy rejection candle from the 0.003291 high can be highly stressful. A much safer approach is to see if the market can establish a solid floor. Watching how the price reacts to the immediate support at the EMA(7) around 0.002589 will be crucial. If that fails to hold, a deeper retest toward psychological support zones closer to the EMA(25) could be on the table.
