In response to Indian Prime Minister Modi's statement that Japan and India will strengthen cooperation on critical minerals, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun stated at a regular press conference on the 3rd that cooperation between countries should be conducive to enhancing mutual understanding and trust among regional countries, conducive to maintaining regional peace and stability, should not target or harm the interests of third parties, and should not form exclusive "small circles" or incite confrontation under the guise of cooperation. Maintaining the stability and security of global industrial and supply chains is a common responsibility of all countries.
