SK Hynix plans to pay participating underwriting banks a 0.5% basic fee for its U.S. ADR issuance. The company may also provide discretionary floating bonuses beyond the base rate. SK Hynix previously disclosed plans to issue new shares not exceeding 2.5% of total share capital, but the final fundraising scale has not been determined.
