Iranian officials warn other countries not to take military action in the Strait of Hormuz.

Jinse Finance reported that on July 4, local time, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi posted on social media, saying that the Strait of Hormuz is not a venue for non-regional countries to display military power. Gharibabadi warned that Iran will caution against any military actions taken in this sensitive waterway. Gharibabadi emphasized that the security of the Strait of Hormuz should be jointly maintained by the coastal states, and any side that creates a crisis will be held responsible for the consequences of its adventurous actions.
