Everyone talks about learning crypto.

Learn DeFi. Learn trading. Learn how wallets work.
That's important.
But after spending time in Web3, I've realized the people who last aren't always the smartest technically.
They're the ones who don't panic every time the market dips.
They keep showing up after failed launches, rejected applications, or missed opportunities.
They know how to build relationships, not just portfolios.
They can make decisions without chasing every new narrative.
They're always willing to learn because crypto changes faster than anyone can keep up.
I've seen people with less technical knowledge build stronger careers simply because they were consistent, easy to work with, and willing to keep improving.
The technical skills get you into the room.
The way you think, communicate, and handle challenges determines whether you stay there.
That's true in crypto, and honestly, in any career.
