Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Hsieh Siu-wah: The first five-year plan will focus on leveraging Hong Kong's unique advantages under "one country, two systems" and proactively aligning with the enormous opportunities brought by the national 15th Five-Year Plan to Hong Kong.

●Legislative Council President of the Legislative Council Starry Lee Wai-king: We must uphold and improve executive-led governance, achieving "support the government without overstepping, supervise the government without overstepping."
