Recently, I have seriously started studying and trading XAUUSD (Gold), and I found that its rhythm is completely different from that of stocks and ETFs. It is affected daily by the U.S. dollar, interest rates, international situations, and market sentiment, so its volatility is relatively significant, and it also tests trading discipline more. The first image records the changes in gold trends I have observed recently. I can clearly feel the rhythm of price fluctuations and market reactions.

During this period, besides continuously watching the charts, I have also been organizing my trading notes in the second image, learning technical analysis, capital management, and risk control. I hope not to merely pursue short-term profits but to establish a stable, long-term executable trading method. Each entry and exit is an accumulation of experience. Keep learning, keep improving, and look forward to making my trading more mature in the future.
