Recently, I have seriously started studying and trading XAUUSD (Gold), and I found that its rhythm is completely different from that of stocks and ETFs. It is affected daily by the U.S. dollar, interest rates, international situations, and market sentiment, so its volatility is relatively significant, and it also tests trading discipline more.
