He Tingbo of Huawei releases the V2 version of the “Tao’s Law” paper, supplementing engineering details and measured data.

Mars Finance News, July 4th. According to the latest paper published on ChinaXiv, the preprint platform for scientific papers of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huawei's semiconductor head He Tingbo released version 2 of "Theory of Time Scaling for Multi-Level Electronic Systems" (also known as "Tao's Law" in the industry) on July 3rd. Compared with version 1 released on May 25th, the new paper supplements a large number of engineering implementation details, actual measurement quantitative data, and product evolution routes on the basis of the original theoretical framework, further perfecting the post-Moore era scaling theory system centered on the time constant τ.
