According to the latest paper published on ChinaXiv, the preprint platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huawei's semiconductor head He Tingbo released version 2 of "The Theory of Time Micro-Architecture for Multi-Level Electronic Systems" (also known as the "Tao Law" in the industry) on July 3. Compared to version 1 released on May 25, the new paper adds a large amount of engineering implementation details, actual measurement quantitative data, and product evolution roadmap based on the original theoretical framework, further refining the post-Moore era scaling theory system centered on the time constant τ.
