On July 4, the Polkadot parachain Moonbeam announced that its token GLMR will fully migrate to Base, and a new Moonbeam protocol will be launched, transforming it into a decentralized AI Agent communication and settlement network for the future on-chain economy. The GLMR token will migrate to Base at a 1:1 ratio, with cross-chain functionality now open, and the deadline for migration is July 31, 2026.
