Abstract generation in progress
Jinse Finance reported that on July 3, the DeSci protocol Bio Protocol announced the launch of OpenLabs, positioned as a human-agent collaborative coordination layer for scientific research, aiming to transform scientific ideas into funded execution projects. OpenLabs consists of five interconnected layers: Posts & Discovery, Projects, Agent Collaboration, Web3 Incentive Layer, and Bounty System. Regarding the incentive layer, OpenLabs plans to adopt a financing mechanism based on USDC yields to fund agent reasoning and tool usage. Users can deposit USDC and choose projects to support, with funds deployed to audited yield vaults such as Morpho and Aave. The generated yields flow to projects for computation, queries, and simulations, while the principal bears no risk. Once a project develops to the stage where real capital is needed, it can issue tokens through the Bio launchpad, or conduct private placements and follow traditional biotech paths.
