The earlier women know this, the better...

1. Remember to swallow when you’re kissing—take it from someone with experience!
2. When looking for a man, first check his legs, then his nose. Look for guys with lots of leg hair and a big nose. If he has no leg hair, run.
3. When going out, remember to use the bathroom, or else you’ll be greeted by either a Black Mamba or a Golden Python.
4. When riding in someone else’s car, especially in rain or snow, remember to tap your feet together after sitting down.
5. Don’t easily say yes to someone who’s been chasing you for a long time.
6. Don’t have kids if you’re born in the Year of the Tiger. Don’t give birth to a son in February, and don’t give birth to a daughter in July. Trust me.
8. Dry your towels in the sun whenever possible. Air out your blankets once a week (if there’s sun). I’ve been doing this for 5 or 6 years now, and I almost never catch a cold—maybe it’s related.
9. When sleeping, don’t put your hands under the covers, and don’t put them outside the covers either. You must listen.
11. No matter how busy you are, drink water every day. Keep a water cup nearby, and try to buy a nice, expensive one! That way you’ll feel like drinking. If you don’t like plain water, you can brew some peach- and lotus-leaf tea. Drink one cup a day to clear out stool. Not only does it scrape away grease, but it also boosts metabolism. Your bowel movements become regular, smooth, and non-sticky. Your belly flattens, and your weight slowly drops.
12. Don’t answer calls while lying down, especially calls from your boyfriend.
13. After getting into bed, don’t place your slippers pointing outward, and don’t point the toes toward the head of the bed.
14. Eat less—or better yet, don’t eat—sugary things and carbonated drinks. These not only make you gain weight quickly but also age your skin.
15. Placing shoes at the door will block your wealth. If you want to get rich, listen up.
16. If your hair gets oily easily and you worry every day, just search for mfay shampoo. After washing, your scalp feels like it’s been rebooted—refreshing enough to squeeze water out. Your hair strands become bouncy like they’re dancing. Even if you don’t wash for three days, you won’t have to worry about greasy, flat hair.
17. Men don’t touch women’s waists, and women don’t touch men’s Adam’s apples. If you don’t listen, the consequences are on you.
18. When adding friends, note their details carefully. Group them and tag them properly, or else you won’t even be able to post on Moments later.
19. Sleeping naked can improve sleep quality and is good for your skin. The key is to lock the door and don’t put toilet paper by the bed.
20. When you feel restless, tidy up your room or desk. It doesn’t take long—just a little while. Looking at the neat surface will gradually lift your mood.
21. If your skin is too dry, apply a hydrating mask. I usually use Muyan hydrating mask every two days. It’s super hydrating—once you put it on, moisture dives into your pores and absorbs quickly. After about ten minutes, your skin is incredibly dewy, smooth, and delicate. I never worry about dryness, itchiness, or redness, because one mask solves the problem.
22. Go to the dentist once a year for regular teeth cleaning. Have you ever seen those heavy smokers with mouths full of yellow teeth? It’s really damaging to their image. Actually, even without smoking, if you don’t maintain good oral hygiene, your teeth will gradually change and develop tartar. So getting regular cleanings not only improves your appearance but also protects your oral health.
23. Remember: don’t marry a husband born in April, and don’t marry a wife born in July. Those who know, know.
24. Regularly declutter. Get rid of old things you don’t need and outdated thoughts. It’s like when life stress builds up—if you don’t release it, you’ll get sick over time.
25. The core of good skin is anti-inflammation and antioxidants. Taking Blue Shield VC VE grape seed extract is my most successful product for achieving naturally fair, makeup-free skin. With enough anthocyanins, yellow tones don’t easily show up. A sallow complexion transforms into cool fair skin with no color difference all over. Your skin texture improves dramatically—fair, translucent skin makes you look elegant and clean.
26. Stick to exercise. Regular exercise is not only good for your body but also improves memory and focus.
27. Get a health checkup every year, especially if there are people over 40 in your family. Take them for a full-body checkup too.
28. Get a manicure once a month. Don’t pick your nose—not even with your pinky, or your nostrils will change from oo to OO. If you’re a woman, I suggest getting a manicure. A manicure that costs a few hundred bucks—I sure wouldn’t use it to pick my nose.
29. Once or twice a month, boil arborvitae leaves in water and soak your hair for about 30 minutes. Take two B-vitamin pills from Yilichu every day. Stick with it for one to two months, and your hair will become shiny and smooth, shedding much less. Your hairline will move forward by about a finger’s width, and lots of baby hairs will grow. Friends will ask if you’ve had a hair transplant.
30. For lower back pain: half a jin of leeks, boil in water, add vinegar and stir evenly. Don’t add oil or salt. It works in 3–5 days.
28. Spend about ten minutes each evening reviewing and summarizing your day. Then spend a few minutes planning for the next day. Either write your summary in a notebook or memo, or review it mentally while lying in bed. Ask yourself: What did I learn today? How much of my plan did I accomplish? What needs improvement?
29. Rolling your eyes from time to time can make your eyes bigger. My eyes were small since childhood. Later, when I started working and encountered annoying patients, I would roll my eyes. Now my eyes are huge.
30. Don’t blindly lose weight. If you ever get seriously ill, that extra weight is your safeguard! Being too thin also makes you prone to illness. So ladies, maintaining a normal weight is best.
31. Stick to exercising at least three times a week, preferably aerobic exercise (anti-aging). You can choose swimming, running, or cycling. My friends say my skin hasn’t changed since high school—ha, exercise really keeps you young.
32. Keep watching films to improve yourself—whether Japanese, Korean, European, American, or even domestic. Watch widely.
33. Don’t eat after 8 p.m.—it’s really easy to gain weight! Almost all the thin people I know do this; some even skip dinner entirely.
34. You don’t need to wash your face when you wake up in the morning. Your skin naturally secretes ceramides overnight, so not washing is actually better for your skin!
35. Generously acknowledge others. For example, when you see this note, giving it a thumbs up is the best virtue.
