Someone complained that he's been having low views on his tweets with little to no interactions

I asked him to be engaging others meaningfully and he told he that he's been doing that, but no difference.
Today, I took time to check those he usually engaged and notice that he engaged those accounts that will never see stop by under your tweet.
Na once I burst laugh. I recommended a couple of my active mutuals to him, and within last 3 hours, he's getting at least 5 replies on his tweets, compared to the zero he had before.
You've gotten the lesson there, right?
