OpenStock is live with the Zhongji Innolight Pre-IPO Vault.

——————————
TL;DR
1. This is the first private equity RWA project centered around a popular A-share listed company’s Hong Kong listing event
2. What OpenStock is doing isn’t “making stock trading more convenient,” but Access: enabling on-chain users to participate in Pre-IPO opportunities that were previously difficult to reach
3. This could be the next direction for the RWA track
——————————
Zhongji Innolight itself is already a listed company in mainland China. The sector it operates in—optical communication networks / AI infrastructure—is a highly watched direction in this current AI capex cycle.
This time, what OpenStock launched isn’t a typical “tokenization of listed company stocks,” but a Pre-IPO vault designed around Zhongji Innolight’s Hong Kong listing event.
Users deposit stablecoins on-chain, while quota acquisition in the real world, asset onboarding, and process handling are completed by regulated partner(s).
The most important point here is:
The vault token represents a claim on the vault’s net returns, not direct ownership of Zhongji Innolight shares.
So OpenStock’s core isn’t convenience—it’s participation opportunities.
Traditional Pre-IPO / private market opportunities are usually closer to institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and brokerage relationship networks. What OpenStock wants to do is bring these kinds of opportunities on-chain through an RWA vault structure.

This is also what I think is worth paying attention to:
The first phase of RWA is U.S. Treasuries;
The second phase is tokenization of listed stocks / ETFs;
The next phase could be Pre-IPO, private equity, and event-driven asset vaults.
Behind OpenStock is the former Polynomial team. That team previously handled more than $9 billion in transaction volume and served over 100,000 users, with real experience in on-chain derivatives and trading infrastructure.
