Wu says he learned that New Hampshire’s HB639 was completed through the enrolled process on July 1, aiming to protect rights related to the use of blockchain and digital currencies, including using digital assets for lawful payments, self-custody of digital assets, operating nodes, and participating in staking and mining. The bill also provides that mining and staking activities do not require a money transmission license, and that a dedicated Blockchain Dispute Docket will be established in the Superior Court.
