Mars Finance News, July 2, at the main forum of the 2026 Global Digital Economy Conference, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and UNIDO formally signed a joint declaration on cooperation to promote Beijing's industrial development, innovation, and digital transformation. This is a pioneering initiative for institutionalized strategic cooperation between the two sides, filling the gap in the capital's industrial digitalization cooperation with the UN's sustainable industrial development system. The signed joint declaration establishes a long-term and stable cooperation framework, clearly defining information exchange, experience sharing, industrial collaboration, capacity building, and technology transfer as core cooperation directions, with two major tasks: first, to establish the Global Center of Excellence for Intelligent Manufacturing and Robotics; second, to deeply participate in the Global Digital Economy Conference and empower the construction of the Global Digital Economy City Alliance.
