First of all, I want to sincerely appreciate the @Zetarium_ team for the work they have put into building this project and ecosystem. Building in Web3 is not easy; it requires immense sacrifice, resilience, sleepless nights, and constant problem-solving.

Many community members only see the surface, but those of us who understand what it takes to build know the amount of effort required. I genuinely wish the team success and hope Zetarium grows into everything it is capable of becoming.
That said, I believe it is important to share a sincere concern from a community perspective.
During the AMA with the community on May 26, 2026, the team assured participants that TGE would happen in the first week of July. Today is July 3, and with the first week ending on July 7, many community members are understandably watching closely.
My concern is not necessarily about delays because in Web3, delays can happen for valid strategic, technical, or regulatory reasons. My bigger concern is expectation management.
When timelines are publicly communicated and later missed without clear updates, it creates room for disappointment, frustration, and unnecessary FUD. Some community members may begin to feel betrayed, while others may lose confidence and eventually abandon the project altogether. In crypto, perception matters almost as much as execution.
This is why I would respectfully advise the team to avoid giving rigid deadlines unless there is very high certainty of delivery. It is often better to communicate progress transparently rather than tie the community to specific dates that may shift due to unforeseen circumstances.
As a community leader and Web3 educator, I understand both sides: the pressure builders face and the expectations communities hold. Trust is one of the most valuable assets any project can build, and consistent communication is key to preserving that trust.
I remain hopeful about Zetarium and what the team is building. My message comes not from criticism, but from a place of support and a genuine desire to see the project succeed long term.
Wishing the Zetarium team wisdom, clarity, and success in the journey ahead.
Shalom 🙏
